Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to the InStock Radar affiliate program, on top of our Terms of Service. It is run by KSM - F.Z.E, Office C1 - 1F - SF3515, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, registration number 38872 (Ajman Free Zone), VAT 105206954700001 (UAE Corporate Tax TRN). By joining you accept them.

Who can join

Anyone 18 or over with an email address on their account, a PayPal account able to receive payments and a public account of their own to post from. You do not need to be a customer. We may refuse a request or close a membership, and we check your account before we pay you.

What you earn

You earn 30% of what each person you bring actually pays, after discounts, for 90 days from their first payment, renewals in that period included. After that, nothing more is earned on that person. A person you bring is someone who signs up through your link and is not already a customer or brought by someone else. Amounts are counted in US dollars at the value recorded for the payment. While you are a member, your link earns money instead of the extra days of our standard referral.

When you get paid

A commission is held for 30 days, then becomes available. You can ask for payment once 20 US dollars are available. We send it by PayPal within 14 days of your request, after checking it. Any fee your PayPal account or bank charges to receive it is yours. We may ask for what we need to meet our legal and tax duties before paying.

The posting kit

We give you texts, images and videos to post. You may use them on your own accounts, to promote the Service, while you are a member. You may change the words, but keep the paid-post label and keep it true. They stay ours, and you take them down if we ask.

Refunds and chargebacks

If the payment of a person you brought is refunded, even in part, or charged back, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, it is taken off your next payments.

What is not allowed

• Using your own link for yourself, for a second account, or paying someone to use it.
• Spam: unsolicited emails, messages or comments.
• Paid advertising on our name or anything close to it, on search engines or social networks.
• Coupon, cashback and deal sites.
• Saying you are us or Apple, that we are linked to Apple, or that anyone is sure to get a phone. We report stock, we do not sell or reserve phones.

If you break these rules we may cancel the commissions concerned and close your membership.

Say it is a paid link

When you recommend us, say clearly that you earn money from your link, for example with "ad" or "affiliate link". The law requires it in many countries, including under the rules of the US Federal Trade Commission and the UK Advertising Standards Authority.

Taxes and your status

You declare and pay any tax on what you earn. You act on your own account: you are not our employee, agent or partner, and you may not sign anything in our name.

Changes and leaving

We may change the commission or end the program by updating this page, with 30 days' notice for anything less favourable. Commissions already earned stay yours, unless they were earned against these terms. You can stop sharing your link at any time. Deleting your account ends your membership and any amount not yet paid, so ask for it first.
