Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms govern your use of InStock Radar (the "Service"), operated by KSM - F.Z.E, Office C1 - 1F - SF3515, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, registration number 38872 (Ajman Free Zone), VAT 105206954700001 (UAE Corporate Tax TRN) ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@instockradar.com.
1. What the Service does
InStock Radar shows in-store pickup availability published by Apple for its retail stores and sends alerts when it changes. It is an independent service: it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Apple Inc. "Apple", "iPhone" and "Apple Store" are trademarks of Apple Inc., used only to describe the products and stores we report on.
Availability comes from Apple's public information, is checked at intervals and can change within seconds. We do not sell phones, take orders or hold stock, and we cannot guarantee that a product will still be available when you reserve or arrive. Always confirm on Apple's website.
2. Accounts
You can use the live board without an account. Creating an alert creates a lightweight account tied to your device; you can add an email to use it on other devices. Keep your email access secure. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Fair use
Do not scrape, resell or overload the Service, create alerts by automated means, or use it to break the law or Apple's terms. We may limit or close accounts that do.
4. Plans and payment
The live board is free. Alerts are paid. Solo covers one alert for one exact iPhone (model, colour and storage). Multi covers several alerts, including "any colour" or "any storage". Each plan is billed in advance for a period of 30 days, in the currency shown at checkout, taxes included where applicable. Each 30-day period renews automatically, as shown next to the price before you pay, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account (customer portal); your plan then stays active until the end of the period already paid, and your alerts are paused, not deleted. We may change prices for future periods with at least 14 days' notice by email.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it sells you the subscription, collects and pays the applicable taxes, issues your receipt and handles payment questions, refunds and returns. We never see or store your card details. How refunds work is set out in our Refund Policy.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)
As a consumer you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your subscription without giving a reason. When you subscribe you ask us to start your alerts immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days already provided. To withdraw, email hello@instockradar.com with your account email; you may use this statement: "I withdraw from my InStock Radar subscription."
Independently of the law, if alerts did not work for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. See the Refund Policy.
6. Alerts and availability of the Service
We work to keep checks frequent and alerts fast, but timing depends on Apple, networks, push services, Telegram and email providers. Alerts may be delayed or missed. Check intervals are targets, not guarantees. We may pause checks to respect Apple's systems.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses, missed purchases, travel costs or price differences. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or on the site at least 14 days in advance. You can delete your account at any time from "My alerts".
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of United Arab Emirates (Ajman Free Zone). If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring claims there. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
