Refund Policy

This policy applies to InStock Radar subscriptions (Solo and Multi, billed every 30 days). It is part of our Terms of Service.

Who refunds you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes every refund, back to the payment method you used.

Money-back guarantee

If alerts did not work for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. This applies to every customer, wherever you live.

Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)

As a consumer you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. Because you ask us to start your alerts immediately, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days already provided.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account ("My alerts", then "Manage subscription"). Nothing renews after that, and your plan stays active until the end of the 30-day period already paid. Partial periods are not refunded, unless the law requires it or the guarantee above applies.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@instockradar.com from your account email, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. If you withdraw under the 14-day right, you may use this statement: "I withdraw from my InStock Radar subscription."
